TNT Bringing Back ‘Tales From The Crypt’ in New Horror Block With M. Night Shyamalan.

8:06:00 PM
I was sooooo very happy to hear that TNT is bringing back Tales From The Crypt With M. Night Shyamalan...

Tales From The Crypt originally aired on HBO in June 1989 and is based on the EC Comics series of the same name. I used to watch the show all the time though I must confess, sometimes it was a bit too scary for me back in the day when I watched it in the 90s (I was a young little lad)

One of the things I always enjoyed was the Crypt Keeper. He was always so twisted and had a comedic haunting personality.... kind of reminds me of my immense love for Freddy Krueger. You can imagine my complete disappointment when I read the rumors that are circulating about the Crypt Keeper not bring brought back for the reboot!

I read on Slash Film HERE that "the show will feature an old man with a cane, wearing a hood, and keeping warm by a fireplace. That might sounds dumb to fans of the original TV series, but anyone who fell in love with the original Tales from the Crypt comics knows that description as the original Crypt Keeper, as seen here:"

As you can see, The Crypt Keeper from the comics above matches the description of the one TNT might create a bit.

Recently M.Night Shyamalan confirmed the rumors by tweeting this:

I like M. Night Shyamalan's work and believe he can make a scary, horrific and entertaining Crypt Keeper. I must confess though, I'm really bummed it won't be our buddy the Crypt Keeper from HBO voiced by John Kassir.

I've decided to keep a positive attitude about this situation because I'm still thrilled they're brining the show back and I have faith in M. Night Shyamalan. What do you guys think?

DareDevil On Netflix. Let Us Binge!

7:44:00 PM
The Real Question Is Who Hasn't Been Binging On Marvel Comics DareDevil This Weekend?!

Ok guys so I'm only on like episode 5 right now but so far so great! Am I right? I don't want to give too much away but I'm really enjoying the way the story is unravelling and I love how detailed the fight scenes. They're doing a great job at showing how DareDevil's other senses (besides sight obviously) are so heightened. The way he could tell when a weapon is about to hit him or when someones out in the hallway before they even enter (he could smell them)... so many small details are making this show fantastic to me.

I'm very much enjoying it. Charlie Cox is doing a stellar job and I'm enjoying the rest of the cast too. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when I heard about this show at first... I was never huge on DareDevil. Needless to say I am very pleasantly surprised.

What do you guys think about the show so far? Drop a comment.

Orange Is The New Black Season 3 Trailer.

12:30:00 PM
One Of Our Favorite Women's Prison Shows Is Back!

The Orange Is The New Black season 3 trailer has finally dropped. I don't know about you guys but I was a BIG Fan of season 1 and season 2 had me feeling blahhh... It was ok.

The Season 3 trailer looks a little more promising and I'm super happy with the return of Alex Vause (Laura Prepon). I feel like the lack of her in season 2 was one of the reasons I didn't enjoy it as much. I wonder what will happen to her and Piper (Taylor Schilling) in season 3 and if Piper has anything to do with Alex being back in jail.

Anyway, the trailer looks like they'll be plenty on drama and I can't wait for season 3 to drop on Netflix.

On another note, after I was a bit disappointed about season 2 I discovered Wentworth on Netflix. An Aussie women's prison show similar to 'Orange Is The New Black'. In a lot of aspects I like Wentworth more than Orange Is The New Black... It's a bit more rough and realistic in my opinion. If you have Netflix, you can check out the first 2 seasons of Wentworth HERE.

At the end of the day I love both shows, cheers!

Fish Mooney Leaving Gotham.

11:55:00 AM
This news got my like...

So I heard that Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) won't be back on FOX's Gotham season 2, not as a regular at least. This makes me SO.VERY.UPSET. Fans everywhere are having all sorts distraught. I was glad to see Pinkett Smith back on Television and she was killing it as Fish Mooney. Fish Mooney had the perfect amount of sass, evilness, and flesh piercing glares. She was a bad bitch in the best ways. She'd do whatever to show you how bad and serious she was too... even stab her own eye out! (who does that?!)

Pinkett Smith appeared on Live With Kelly and Michael, and while talking about how kick-ass and glorious her character is she also talked about the future on the show...

“I don’t think so, no. I signed for a year and the year is up,” Pinkett Smith said. “But there are some great things coming ahead on Gotham, believe you me. There’s a lot of good stuff coming.”

(insert crying and raging fit)

However on a semi-bright note she might be back in the future or at least for guest appearances I hope. Warner Bros. had the following to say...

“Fish Mooney’s storyline takes a lot of interesting twists and turns into the finale of season one of Gotham.” So make of that what you will."

I was dying for her to get out of this weird organ selling, abandoned island in the middle of nowhere storyline they have her and now she's just going to be gone soon...

I guess we'll see what's to come on FOX's Gotham... wonder who will replace Mooney? Thoughts?

Todd McFarlane The Walking Dead Toys and Building Sets at Toy Fair 2015.

11:13:00 AM

Ok are these Todd McFarlane The Walking Dead toys and building sets insane or what?!

All AMC The Walking Dead fans take a breathe. Todd McFarlane has presented you with an early Christmas. He has some really cool shit displayed at the New York Toy Fair 2015 right about now. From cellblocks to boiler rooms to the Governor's truck to Walker Barriers. The detail going on in these figures and sets alone is enough to make a damn zombie want to come back to life and mess around with them.

I haven't kept up with The Walking Dead as much as I should have (I'm not currently up-to-date on the series) however, I can say one of my favorite things about these toys and sets is that I really feel they show raw emotion. I find myself starring at them almost as if they were a scene from the show... like I'm replaying a clip over and over again if that makes any sense.

There's some war, brutality, blood and violence going on in these displays. Anything to survive another day and get away from these damn walkers.

How sick is this?

They have so much you can pick from for you to build your own The Walking Dead world right in your living room if you choose. Build a ton of collectibles with Walkers getting their brains blown out, FUN STUFF KIDS.

What do you think about these figures? Hope you've added a few to your gift list. I have tons of friends that would literally die (and maybe become a walker) for these.
